LecheriaLatina S.A (Public Limited Company) from now on, LecheriaLatina.com, with headquarters at 361 Olmos street- 1st floor- Postcode: 5000 (Córdoba, Argentina) provides services in the Internet with the trademark LecheriaLatina.com, according to the terms expressed in the following general conditions:
FIRST: The services that LecheriaLatina.com provides for the users and that belong to the LecheriaLatina.com service network are the ones that will be offered within the LecheriaLatina.com network. In principle, all these services are free, even though this fact may change according to the ninth clause of these general conditions. Some of the offered services require the previous registration on the part of the users. In order to be able to use these services, the users will have to be registered as users of LecheriaLatina.com network.
SECOND: For the simple fact of using LecheriaLatina.com network, the users express unreservedly their acceptance of these general conditions.
THIRD: The users oblige themselves not to use the services to carry out activities against the law, moral and public order and, in general, to use the service in accordance with these general conditions. The users also oblige themselves not to carry out advertising or commercial exploitation activities through the services, not to send messages with a false identity and not to hide the origin of the message in any way.
FOURTH: LecheriaLatina.com exclusively acts as a communication service provider between the parties. It is not responsible for the contents that the parties, by violating these general conditions, may send to each other. Therefore, the users are the only responsible ones for the veracity and legality of said contents. More specifically, the users are not allowed to use the services to send advertising or critical material for the service providers.
FIFTH: The users oblige themselves to respect the restrictions laid down by LecheriaLatina.com. as regards the use of the service.
SIXTH: LecheriaLatina.com will not be responsible for the faults that may occur in communications, such as, deletion, incomplete transmission or sending delays.
LecheriaLatina.com will not have responsibility for the transmission network to be operative all the time either. Apart from that, LecheriaLatina.com will not be responsible in case that a third party, by violating the security measures established by LecheriaLatina.com, has access to the messages or use them to send computer virus.

However, LecheriaLatina.com cannot neither guarantee the complete invulnerability of its security systems nor guarantee the security or inviolability of said data while it is transmitted through the network.

SEVENTH: LecheriaLatina.com will be able to interrupt the service or decide inmediately its relationship with the users if it finds out that the users use the Web site or any of the services offered in said Web site contrary to these general conditions.
EIGHTH: LecheriaLatina.com has the right to stop providing any of the services which are part of the network, by communicating it in the service home page with a notice of fifteen days. LecheriaLatina.com also has the right to modify unilaterally, at any moment and without notice, the Web Site pesentation and conditions as well as the services and the conditions required to use them.
NINTH: LecheriaLatina.com will be able, at any moment, to modify these general conditions or introduce new conditions of use, including free of charge cessation .Said modifications will only be implemented once they come into force.
TENTH: The users accept that the personal data given to LecheriaLatina.com at present or in the future may be subject to processing in a personal data file. This registered data can be used to carry out statistics, to send advertising according to the users`taste, to carry out contests with prizes, to administer the service and to manage the incidences.
LecheriaLatina.com will be responsible for these created files. The data holders will have, at any moment, the right to have access to the automated files and will be able to exercise the rights of rectification, cancellation and opposition according to the terms which appear in the data protection legislation. With that purpose, a letter signed by the data holders will have to be sent to LecheriaLatina.com`s headquarters.The holders`domicile will have to be specified so that LecheriaLatina.com will be able to answer said request.
The data holders explicitely authorise LecheriaLatina.com to transfer the data to any especialised entity in order to be processed .This data will also be transferred to all the necessary entities in order to provide the holders with the requested services and products.
The users will be able to revoke their agreement to process and transfer their personal data at any moment. The users will only have to send a written notice to the entity responsible for the files, LecheriaLatina, to the headquarters mentioned beforehand. The data holders will have to send a signed letter and will have to indicate their domicile so that LecheriaLatina.com can answer their request.
ELEVENTH: In order to accelerate the offered service and identify more rapidly each user, LecheriaLatina.com will use "cookies". The "cookies" are codes that the server introduces in the hard disk of the computer in order to identify the users. The "cookies" are only associated with an anonymous user, that is to say, they do not allow the access to the personal data and, in general, to the data which is in the users` hard disk. If the users decide not to install a "cookie" in their hard disk, they will have to arrange the configuration of their browser so as not to receive them. In such case, however, the speed and quality of the working of LecheriaLatina.com services may diminish.
TWELFTH: The parties, that expressely renounce to their own priviliges, accept the Argentine Republic as the legislation of this document and submit to the Courts of Justice and Courts of the city of Córdoba in order to settle any lawsuit that may originate from said contract. |
